Welcome back, product bosses! We have another exciting coaching session with Beth, the founder of Tiny Spicy Kitchen, who creates allergy-friendly food mixes for health-conscious home cooks. If you’re a product-based business, especially a food business, and you feel like a hot mess or like you’re struggling to know where to focus to grow and make more sales, then this episode is for you!

Right now, Beth is seeing her products sell well in-person, but isn’t really seeing any online sales and with her full time job of being a teacher, in August, she had to start cutting back on the number of markets she attended. Together, we dive into refining her brand positioning, defining her target audience, connecting with the right audience to build loyalty, and ways she can make the most of the holiday season by leaning into what’s already working for her so she can hit her sales goal.
