Sam Dhu is a Psychotherapist, Coach, Supervisor & Facilitator for women who want to be Soft & Successful. Mum to eight-year-old, Amelie and toddler Frankie, Sam is a passionate advocate for being radically kind and compassionate to yourself on the road of business growth.

As a highly sensitive person, Sam believes it is possible to be deeply ambitious AND soft and sensitive at the same time.

Terms like ‘self-compassion’, ‘self-worth’ and ‘self-acceptance’ get used a lot these days. But to Sam, these aren’t just ‘nice sounding words’. Her qualifications & training have shown her these inner resources are the difference between being stuck in survival mode and confidently thriving as a Soft & Successful Woman.
