Chris and Taylor review the action thriller, Monkey Man, which was directed and co-produced by Dev Patel in his directorial debut, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Paul Angunawela and John Collee. A young man ekes out a meager living in an underground fight club. After years of suppressed rage, he discovers a way to infiltrate the enclave of the city's sinister elite to unleash an explosive campaign of retribution to settle the score with the men who took everything from him. The film stars Dev Patel, Sharlto Copley, Pitobash Tripathy, Vipin Sharma, Sikandar Kher, Adithi Kalkunte, Sobhita Dhulipala, Ashwini Kalsekar, Makarand Deshpande, Jatin Malik, and Zakir Hussain.
