Christian Ribeiro is an ex-Welsh international footballer who was forced to retire from football at the age of 27 through injury.
After a career disrupted by injuries, Chris decided to protect his inevitable retirement from the game by investing in property while he was playing. This became a passion for Chris and after going through the lonely journey of stepping away from football, without any support and hearing of so many similar stories…he decided he wanted to help.
Chris launched Performance Property Group with his business partner, as a bespoke service for professional footballers to help them build property portfolios whilst they were still playing, completely hands-free.
Performance Property Group's mission is to help as many players as possible achieve financial independence through property, all whilst chasing their footballing dream. To ensure they do not fall off a financial cliff when football retires them.
Performance Property Group has now completed over 60 transactions and 85+ units within 4 years. A mix of properties for players and themselves, all whilst moving into larger and larger projects.
