In this episode, i have mentioned about the Khechari Mudra, which is said to be Best Mudra among all mudras in Yoga Shastra. Its not only helps in elevating the soul and mind but also helps Sadhak, to attain highest form of realization of self which is known to us as Self Realization, Samadhi Awastha.
By regular practice of Khechari Mudra, one attain following benefits
1) Vaak Siddhi - Whatever one speak shall comes True.
2) Vani Saiyam - Limited use of Voice, help to sync with mind and body.
3) Agya Chakra Jagran - Helps to open the Psychic Power by activating 3rd Eye also, known as Agya Chakra in Yog Shastra.
3) Fulfillment - Wish of a Sadhak, get fulfil with just a merely thought and giving blessing either SELF or Others.
