Welcome back to NerdoDivergentX. In this episode we discuss anxiety, and panic disorder, and relaying some of our own experiences with this all too familiar beast. Anxiety disorders are the most common mental illness, affecting millions of people around the world. Living with an anxiety disorder means that anxiety is chronic and can even worsen over time. Understanding life with anxiety, including identifying triggers and developing coping strategies, can be critical for successfully managing this challenging condition.

Listen as we divulge our personal stories (with lots of humor) as a first-hand exploration of the daily challenges encountered by those living with anxiety - what does anxiety feel like, how did anxiety affected our daily lives, and what did we do to overcome and manage living life with anxiety. Most of it has come through both trial and error, and for everyone it will look different and produce different results. However, one of the best methods a person can do to help overcome these obstacles placed in front of us is the importance for self - advocacy. We all deserve to feel good both mentally and physically, but it starts with ourselves by taking the first steps! Thanks for listening.
