Music along with many other things helped me gain my confidence and it helped me deal with my feelings of insecurity and is a huge part of me becoming the woman that I am today. You know, a person who has the courage to start a podcast and share her story with all of you. From meditation to motivation, music helped me become someone I’m proud of and it’s helped me learn to love myself just as I am. I’m a totally different person than I was two years ago, and I am still improving and trying new things every day. The change in me didn’t happen overnight, I had to really work at it, and it was extremely hard at times, but music helped me a lot.
