Ann is a storyteller, serial entrepreneur, world traveler, and a lover of the outdoors. She also served in the Marine Corps for 24 years, hanging up her uniform as a Lieutenant Colonel.

She is now the Master of First Times and creator of the #365FirstsChallenge and the host of the #365Firsts Podcast.

when i asked her, if she could say one thing to the world, what would it be, she replied, “To realize life is there for living it. Living life means you engage in discovering and exploring what it has to offer you."

she had a first time experience with me as before we went on the show, i sat with her and we share an intention for the show and the effect we hoped to have on others. it was the first time she did that before a podcast.

my first time will be to speak less and invite you to listen more to this very interesting show tat goes from what defines a first time experience, to hitting rock bottom, to finding God, to her facebook group of first timers to what she still hopes to do and experience in this life.
