James Ottley is a fourth generation Atlantan with a B.A. in English from Duke University and a J.D., with honors, from the University of Georgia School of Law. He published two books on Atlanta history, entitled “Atlanta History for Cocktail Parties,” and “Atlanta History for Cocktail Parties II – Another Round”.
