I'm super excited about this episode because I have my first guest on my podcast! WOOHOO!
During this episode we discuss the reality of mental health issues in today's world which as we all know, ain't easy.
Alyx is one of my best friends and I have learned so much from her about anxiety disorder, ADHD, her battle with addiction over the years, medication and so much more.
Clearly there is a lot to discuss and in this episode we just scratch the surface so there will be more!
