Willie grew up with a father and family who lived in poverty, but he chose not to follow his family's example. Inspired by his grandmother who became a millionaire with only a sixth-grade education, Willie made the choice to become a millionaire and reached his goal in his 30s.

As a buyer, seller, and broker he's been involved with well over 200 million in real estate transactions. Willie is the author of Cash Flow Secrets, a book on real estate investing & finance tips most people are never taught but need to know.
