There is much confusion about whether believers should speak in tongues in church settings. "There must be an interpreter present" "Unbelievers will think you're crazy". These statements are made based off a misinterpretation of the Apostle Paul's words in 1 Corinthians 14. The Christians in Corinth misused this gift and this began to cause confusion among the church, so Paul set parameters in place that would stop the confusion and cause the Church to be edified during gatherings. He did not discourage the public expression of tongues in church settings. In this video, Marlon dives into Corinth's problem, Paul's solution and answers the question, "is it wrong to publicly pray in tongues?"
