This month our host Oli Barrett MBE is joined by Chief Executive of Linc Cymru, Scott Sanders and Emily-Rose Jenkins, Geotechnical Engineer, Transport Wales.

In this episode our host Oli Barrett MBE gets an understanding of the future of housing, the future of travel, and how the two might combine. It explores how different generations can work and live together, to support each other.

And of course, our host asks both Scott and Emily Rose who they’d most like to meet for coffee and which books they’ll be adding to the famous Lens Reading List.

Our Guests

She believes in making the world a better place; working with nature and not against it. Emily-Rose is a One Young World Ambassador and is currently taking part in the Future Generations Leadership Academy.

The Lens Reading List

Scott chose Mike Tyson's Undisputed Truth, an autobiography that lays bare the story of his remarkable life and career, including his upbringing, the impact of deprivation and how his relationship with his coach affected his mind and decision making.

Emily-Rose chose Why I'm no Longer Talking to White People about Race by Reni Eddo-Lodge. This #1 Sunday Times Bestseller is a book that sparked a national conversation, exploring everything from eradicated black history to the inextricable link between class and race.
