2020 was the start of the global black lives matter movement and this weeks guest is one person that I see on the front of this movement in Luxembourg. My guest is non-other than Andy Schammo. He advocates for a better world in regards to the environment, to human and animal rights. But Andy didn't use to be the person he is today. He explains in this episode how he developed into this version of himself and what were the 2 books that influenced him on his journey. We talk about selfishness as an activist. How to be more emotionally intelligent. The difference between racial discrimination and an insult as well as the importance of understanding the definition of the words you use within these subjects. As Andy is striving to become a teacher we explore ways on how to improve the current educational system to build a more emotionally intelligent society from the ground up.
