Interviews

Michael Beinhorn: Michael is a renowned and Grammy nominated music producer who has produced multi platinum and iconic records for Soundgarden (Superunknown), Marilyn Manson (Mechanical Animals), Hole (Celebrity Skin) and Soul Asylum (Grave Dancer's Union) as well as Red Hot Chili Peppers, Aerosmith, Ozzy Osbourne, and Social Distortion. He is also the author of Unlocking Creativity : A Producer's Guide To Making Music & Art.

In part one of Michael's conversation with Kasey the two will discuss Michael's early collaboration with the legendary Brian Eno (U2, Talking Heads), the explosion of "Rockit" by Herbie Hancock (which he co wrote and performed on), his initial thoughts about the song's now iconic and award winning video, encouraging Red Hot Chili Peppers to find their melodic side on Mother's Milk, working with "difficult" artists, the guitar sound on "Celebrity Skin" and the importance of failure.

Jason Smith: One of the longest serving Captain in the history of the Edmonton Oilers returns to The Kasey Ferguson Show ! Jason will also play word association and share his thoughts on former teammates such as Mats Sundin, Kirk Muller, Felix Potvin, Chris Pronger, Steve Sullivan, Ryan Smyth, and Paul Kariya as well as a few guys he tangled with on the ice in Brendan Shanahan, Wendel Clark, Keith Tkachuk and Mark Tinordi
