In this episode, I had the pleasure of talking with Megan Gibson, an identity and alignment coach who reveals her personal journey grappling with perfectionism and people-pleasing to a woman rediscovering her true self and the effects it had on her life along the way.
We discussed the burden of seeming perfect, the fear of being found out, and the inevitable life impact these struggles have.
