In this 5 min Express Episode we talk about the number 1 element to introduce into your child's bedtime routine to ensure an awesome night's sleep for them and in turn you!
This crucial element is from the 3rd Stage to my Holistic process of the 5 Stages to Successful Sleep which I work through with all my 1:1 and families within my membership-The Sleep Collective, and it is commonly overlooked in many sleep approaches.
Sleep is a really vulnerable state so we want to make sure our children feel connection to not only US but there sleep space as well. So we need to full their cups and connect with them in order to execute excellent sleep!
Addressing Stage 3 is all about connection and is within my 5 Stages to Successful Sleep, It explains how we want to ensure your child feels like their cup is full and they feel safe enough to drift off to sleep.
