As an officer in the Air Force Reserve, Lt Col Kevin Deibler currently serves as a National Security Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School. Kevin previously served as Chief of Staff, USCYBERCOM Legislative Liaison by providing corporate leadership and coordinating all official engagements between USCYBERCOM and the United States Congress. Throughout his 20-year career, Kevin has been a Commander, Aide-de-Camp, Legislative Fellow, and led in a variety of cyberspace and combat rescue positions, with combat deployments in support of operations in Libya and Afghanistan. He holds a BS in Computer Science, MA in Human Relations, PhD in Organizational Psychology, and Juris Doctor.
