What does overnight success look like? In this case, it looks like not caring and almost giving up. It looks like dying 4 years ago, being reborn a new person. It looks like a lot of rehabilitation, blood, tears, and a ton of sweat equity. Then on the anniversary 4 years later cashing over $125k in commission with over 12million in deals in the works in 2020.

We all love success stories. We also usually have a bad habit of fast-forwarding and highlighting only the happy endings. However, in this episode, we offer the truth and a real perspective.

Let us introduce to you Tyler Sylvia a Real Estate Agent with one amazing heartfelt, inspirational, motivational and compelling feel-good story. Also, an Open House tactic that was one of many things along his journey that changed his life to see some of the many successes he has today.

There is no such thing as an overnight success story without the oftentimes painful journey of persistence, perseverance, and hard work leading up.

The word "Lucky" is often misinterpreted as "it was easy" and just fell into someone's "lap" undeservingly or unearned. It also often translates to being in the "right" place at the "right" time, completely discarding all the things that had to transpire, the misfortunes and miss-steps, and the steps one has to take leading up to, in order to be there. "Luck" can be created by improving your odds by getting comfortable with being uncomfortable, getting creative, working hard to find yourself, and putting yourself out there. Enjoy this episode.
