For the past 6 years, I've been in the trenches of figuring out what it takes to streamline and execute a real estate deal and I want to share what I've learned along the way,
The reason I started this podcast is to shed light on what happens from start to finish during the course of a real estate deal.
We'll discuss things like, how to find a deal, how to structure the deal, how to fund the deal, and all of the inner workings needed to make a real estate deal a reality.
With every deal I do, I work with the end in mind and I want to share that process with you.
Some of my guests will include, investors, lenders, attorneys, and of course buyers and sellers who are all part of the real estate transaction process.
