In this episode, Nate goes solo and takes a few moments to address a recent New York Times Book Review essay by A.O. Scott regarding the use of AI in the creation of literature. Nate also reads Chapter 9 of the Life Sciences IT Survival Guide, which covers how and when to communicate with the business during periods of change.

10. Reflect on an experience where communication was crucial to an IT project's success or failure. What lessons did you learn, and how do you balance technical detail with accessibility in IT communications?
11. Discuss the importance of maintaining open communication channels with key stakeholders and ensuring these channels remain effective over time.
