Guilibaldo Gamez is a dedicated entrepreneur and co-owner of OX Services, a landscaping business based in Shreveport, Louisiana. With a passion for providing excellent service, Guillivaldo and his brother Tomas established OX Services nine years ago, driven by the need to support their families during challenging times in the oil and gas industry.

Keys to Success: “We want to be able to do God's will and will. And that's all we shoot for. There's so much to success that for me is key, you know, employees, you know, the service that we
provide, the culture that we're building. But at the end of the day, man, if we do God's will, I think everything else will align. So we want to match God's will with our will”
Advice to Business Owners: “To go after it, you know, sometimes we’re so concerned about failure, you know, at least sometimes I am. I know we don't like to fail. We don't like to not get the thing that we
have to accomplish it, but man, go after it, man. Whatever it is that you want to do, obviously think it out, pray it out, but go after it and if you fail, it's all right. Go after it again. - You get up and get drawn in again.
