The main issue before you put anything in your mouth is the thoughts and feelings you have before you eat. What happens in your brain dictates how you will eat—for better or worse. That’s why if you understand your brain’s role in emotional eating, you’ll take one giant leap forward on your way to long-term weight loss success!

In this episode, you’ll learn:

➡️ How your brain does not always have your best interest in mind, but the good news is you can get in the driver’s seat and steer it.

➡️ When you’re unhappy, your brain wants to make you happy with food, especially if you have a history of dealing with uncomfortable emotions with food. But you can create new neural pathways that create new habits!

➡️ How to become a student of your body and learn to listen to it so that you can make better food choices.
