'Without a healthy ocean, we don't have healthy humans'. That is the philosphy of today's guest, Jasper Smith, a design engineer who has previously build the worlds biggest online game play arena, is now applying his skill and passion to embed protective measures and experience to the sea state.

I'm coming to you again from the UK - and completely honoured to sit down and chat to Jasper Smith who having always had a connection to the water, from living on a barge to exploring Alaska with his family and friends, Jasper has spent years making memories, media and movies as well as starting the World Ocean Trust.

'It's astounding to me that we buy a superyacht and staff it and then leave it in the marina for 10 months of the year. Redundancy is key."

Jasper's ambitions are powered by passion to build and design boats for adventure, and the lifestyle he knows we want to lead. From the smaller vessel to a 60ft yacht with a hybrid system and 15 -20 hours of silent running. They are designed to be off grid for three months, comfortable inside, easy to drive providing security in preparedness.

Our conversation was so interesting we have created 2 episodes out of it!

Listen out for Episode 2 - tell your friends and colleagues to follow us so we can spread these important stories to many more.
