Ep 5 - how to think about death
Manage episode 342492386 series 3399773
In the final episode of this series we discuss death - a topic we don’t talk about enough in western society, but which is important to think about - both for our own sake and for those we love.
We ask what death is, and what happens after we die. We explore why people have certain beliefs about death. We then consider how we can think about our own deaths in a more effective way, and get more out of our lives by doing so.
We also discuss how we should think about other people‘s deaths, and what a ’good death‘ looks like. We discuss some personal stories of how we have experienced, and planned for, the deaths of loved ones and the important lessons we’ve learned from this.
