On a slow Tuesday, Mitchell and Ryan debate the idea of switching to a Wednesday because the NHL doesn't know how to maximize it's schedule.
We kick off the show discussing the silly game that took place in Ottawa on Monday night after the Senators pulled off a 2 goal come from behind victory in the final 2 minutes, led by (sort of?) by a 4-point night from Tim Stutzle. We transition into discussing the introduction of the "trade-related reasons" healthy scratch that has now migrated to Columbus as the Blue Jackets withhold Vladislav Gavrikov from play prior to his impending trade. We wrap up the show looking at trade fits for Timo Meier and Dylan Larkin, and debate the logic behind the contract dispute between he and the Red Wings.
