Muhammad Ghori was an invader from Afghanistan who tried to conquer India. The first battle of Tarain was fought in November 1191 AD between Prithviraj Chauhan and Muhammad Ghori. The first attack was repelled by the bravery of Prithviraj Chauhan who brutally defeated Muhammad Ghori. Later on, Ghori defeated Prithviraj Chauhan, who was captured and killed.
