The journey has begun. But what's my plan for my actualization? I sat up in bed one night with a damned great light bulb flashing over my head and immediately it all became very clear what I needed to do next in my life. For me to find my ideal conditions for my own self-development and actualization, I needed to find peace and quiet, in my own home, living a rural lifestyle, where my creative passions can be fully realized. But can I do that in the UK?
The Actualizing Woman is a place where, as a community, listeners are invited to contribute their own experiences of growth, healing and self-development. We'd like to hear from you if you have experienced a pivotal moment in your life, such as: menopause, divorce, marriage, empty nest, a health issue, which has offered you the opportunity to re-evaluate your status quo and consequently set off in a new direction.
