THE DISPATCHER #2: "Unusual Happenstance"
Thomas gets out of a ticket due to strange circumstances, and Taxi David validates that experience with a similar story.
Thomas remembers a time when a belligerent passenger talked an officer into issuing Thomas a speeding ticket, and Taxi David recalls a time that a belligerent passenger got him out of a speeding ticket.
Taxi David has a passenger who complains his wife has nothing to worry about his solo night on the town, but his actions do little to convince Taxi David of the passenger's honesty.
Thomas has a lone regular customer (usually accompanied by his wife), who asks Thomas to "keep quiet" when the true nature of his adventure is revealed.
