Joe Metheny was arrested for murdering 2 women in December of 1996. During his interrogation he confessed to murdering 8 more people, but investigators were not prepared for how he disposed of the bodies. He would mix their flesh with beef and pork which he sold to customers out of a barbecue stand on the side of the road, horrifying the investigators and anyone who’s ever purchased roadside burgers before. This week, we’ll discuss the events that led Joe Metheny down his path to murder, more details than you probably care to know about his culinary skills, and the event that led to Metheny getting caught!
