Hey everyone, Ceejey here. Today, I wanted to get real with you guys about something: anger and stress management. Let's be honest, we've all been there. Maybe you snapped at a loved one over something small, or maybe work stress had you feeling like a volcano about to erupt.
For me, I can tell you from experience, that letting anger take the wheel doesn't end well. Maybe I said something hurtful in the heat of the moment and it took a lot of apologizing to smooth things over. Sometimes even breaking bonds. It took some reflection, but I realized I needed to find healthier ways to deal with these emotions.
That's why I'm dedicating this episode to exploring anger and stress management techniques. We'll be talking about recognizing your triggers, calming down in the moment, and building resilience. Remember, you're not alone in this. Let's tackle this together!
