They dive into a court document the defense of Richard Allen submitted titled, “Memorandum in Support of the Accused’s Motion for a Frank’s hearing.” This court document, details the prosecution’s knowledge and blatant ignoring of the evidence that indicates this could be a ritualistic homicide, with ties to Odinism. Richard Allen was arrested as the prosecution’s suspect over 5 years after the murders occurred and 26 days before an election. Is Richard Allen an innocent man? Or, is he merely a patsy to placate an agenda?
