After graduating college Nick became a video intern for the Los Angeles Lakers for 8 months. From there he scored a job with the South Bay Lakers as a Basketball Operations Coordinator and then later transitioned to be the Director of Basketball Operations and Player Development. After working for South Bay for nearly six years, Nick earned a job as Basketball Development Coordinator for the Lakers, up until his new position as a GM.
