This week Stephanie Rodin speaks with her guest, Jay Biss. The two talk about the one-stop-shop in Valley Bank’s services offered, the intricacies involved in financing commercial real estate, and advice on the subject of retirement.

Jay Biss is a Business Banker at Valley Bank. His primary focus is on helping businesses obtain financing for investment (multi family and/or mixed use as well), commercial real estate, lines of credit for working capital, term loan requests for businesses, equipment financing, as well as providing solutions for their everyday cash management needs.

Biss has an amazing network that has enabled him to become a trusted resource for his clients, and if he can’t do something directly, most likely he knows someone who can. He has built his reputation on speedy response time, and excellent customer service. Having been a business owner, and helping others run their business, he understands what it’s like to be a business customer of the bank.
