Jaimis Huff (E-RYT 500, YACEP) is a certified Rocket Vinyasa Teacher & Mentor based out of Charlotte, N.C. who believes in living life to the fullest and practicing radical self-love. She is known for her playful approach to teaching and encouraging students to step outside of their comfort zone to try things they never believed possible. She is the creator of SOLSTICE and Soulful Flow, a Rocket Yoga mentor, and leader of yoga teacher trainings and international retreats. She's studied Prana Vinyasa Flow and Ayurveda extensively with Shiva Rea and Maria Garré and is currently immersed in studying Rocket/Progressive Ashtanga with David C. Kyle.
