Kim is a 30-year award-winning intelligence, security, and risk management professional with progressive experience in all facets of information security, including strategy; governance and compliance; executive leadership; physical security; risk mitigation, and business continuity planning. He is the Director of Performance Acceleration (CyberCRAFT) at Intuit. He has held Chief Security Officer and Chief Information Security Officer positions in the financial services, manufacturing, and business outsourcing industries, including being the former VP & CSO for Vantiv, VP and CISO eTelecare, SVP & CSO and EFD (an eFunds Corporation), and Information Risk Manager for General Dynamics C4 Systems. In addition, he always gives back to the professional community by serving as an Advisory or Board Member for RSA Conference, Fair Institute, SANS GIAC, and Digital Times Transformation. He does or has served as a lecturer or affiliated faculty for the University of California, Berkeley, Boise State University, and Arizona State University, and teaches for SANS.
