Lucasfilm Head of Marketing, Charles Lippincott, presents the panel, “The Star Wars: A preview w/ Roy Thomas, Howard Chaykin, and Charles Lippincott” at San Diego Comic-Con International.
- Marvel comic writer Thomas and artist Chaykin follow the slide show with a Q&A. The Chaykin poster sells for $1.75, (You can get it on Ebay right now for $6,195!)
- According to Lippincott, this presentation starts the tradition of announcing and marketing films at San Diego Comic-Con.
