In this episode we have the wonderful Mark Ogletree joining us. Dating is essential to finding a soulmate and creating a healthy relaionship, and therefore a health marriage. Mark breaks down for us how to date with that purpose in mind.
A little about our guest:
Mark D. Ogletree was raised in Texas and joined the Church at age 18. He served an LDS mission from 1982-1984 in Seattle, Washington. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1987 from Brigham Young University; Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from Northern Arizona University, 1990; Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling in 1994 from Northern Arizona University; and a Ph.D. in Family and Human Development from Utah State University in May 2000. Mark has taught at Brigham Young University in the Church History and Doctrine Department since 2010. He has published several books and articles on marriage and family relationships. He is presently the stake president of the Provo Utah Edgemont North Stake. He is married to the former Janie Cook, and they have 8 children, and 18 grandchildren.
