Nnanke Essien is a Human Resource Management Specialist with close to a decade’s worth of experience across major sub-fields within the talent management industry.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Benin, Nigeria, and an MBA in Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management, DeVry University, Texas, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She is as well certified in Business Process Management.
Nnanke is currently the HR Manager at AA&R Investment Group, a versatile corporate entity with 12 subsidiaries in 4 major sectors including Oil and Gas, Agriculture, Logistics, and IT. In her role, she oversees the talent management needs of all 12 subsidiaries.
She develops and coordinates all Human Resources services including attraction and retention, learning and development, compensation and benefit, performance management, and employee relations while supporting executive management in the business process. She also participates in strategy development, planning, and implementation across the company, serving as a touchpoint for all the people, processes, and cultural needs of the company.
