Why has infertility become so normal? Better yet – why are women the only one’s taking on the burden of infertility? The statistics on the amount of women struggling with PCOS (making them infertile) are only rising and with men being responsible for 50% of infertility, the conversation needs to change.

This is what I dive into in this episode Rooted in Wellness with Ronit Menashe and Vida Delrahim.

All three of us have personal journeys and professional expertise on miscarriages, infertility, and PCOS, and how to heal – and we share it all in this beautiful conversation. We also explain the importance of men in the fertility equation and actionable insights and heartwarming advice to support you on your journey towards fertility and vibrant health.

Vida and Ronit are co-founders of WeNatal – a science-backed supplement company for men and women to support them on their fertility journey.

What we discuss:

(5:12) The power of grounding on the mind, and how it helps reset your nervous system

(12:49) Fertility, imbalances, and loss, despite working hard to be your best self

(17:36) Shifting the narrative of preconception from “me” to “we”

(25:35) PCOS and infertility: what you need to know

(34:47) What daily steps you can take to limit the toxins you’re exposed to that may be impacting your hormones and infertility

(42:17) Spermiogenesis and the ability of men to transform their sperm counts

(49:55) Why you should read the labels on your products, and how not all marketing is rooted in truth

(1:00:41) Preparing for pregnancy at pre-conception through prenatal supplementation

(1:12:47) How education on your health can empower your wellness journey

(1:19:49) Common misconceptions women have about the health and wellness space
