We're Patrick Totah and Andy Mirabell and we are both former restaurant owners turned restaurant sales brokers. We are all too familiar with the joys and challenges of owning a restaurant – and the hurdles that can come with buying and selling a restaurant. Because of our own experiences in the restaurant business, as restaurant sales brokers, we’re on a mission to help restaurant buyers and sellers make the sale of restaurants as painless as possible. When you’re buying or selling a restaurant, you need a broker who is intimately familiar with the restaurant industry and is exclusively focused on restaurant sales. There are many industry-specific features of restaurant deals, and you need a broker who is well-versed in all of them. We’ll delve into the details of what makes restaurant deals unique, and how buyers and sellers can prepare themselves to deal with them.
