Even when we’re not feeling confident about ourselves, how can we apply the concept of "Don't Hold Back" to our personal and professional growth?

As leaders, how can we create a healthy space between stimulus and response so that we can intentionally choose how to respond to something?

These questions and more will be answered in today’s episode of the Apolonia Rockwell Show, where your host is joined by Carol Kauffman, a leadership coach who describes how some of the most meaningful moments in coaching happen with “swirls of data bits come together and the sparks ignite to create excellence.”

Carol is a coach, thinker, and founder of Harvard’s Institute of Coaching. Her purpose is to ignite excellence with people who can matter to the world.

Today’s topics include:

* Carol shares her journey from a folk singer to a Harvard professor and coach.

* How the concept of "Don't Hold Back" came to Carol.

* Emphasizing not taking things personally and being of service to people.

* The importance of psychological safety in the workplace.

* The creation of the Institute of Coaching.

* Limiting beliefs and their absence among high-performing CEOs.

* Genuinely caring about clients without an agenda.

* Creating a space between stimulus and response to choose how to respond.

* Overcoming trauma and how it can lead to positive change.

Thanks so much to Carol Kauffman for being a guest on our show!
