4. Carnivore vs. Animal Based...Why The Conflict?
Manage episode 407463213 series 3560611
Hey there, it's Zane and in this episode, I wanted to talk about the difference between the carnivore and animal-based diets. The carnivore diet involves eating only meat and salt, while the animal-based diet includes low-inflammatory foods like fruit, honey, and tubers in addition to animal foods.
Both diets have their benefits, but it's important to understand that everyone's body responds differently to different diets. It's okay to make changes and experiment with different diets until you find what works best for your body.
It's important to avoid getting too caught up in diet ideologies and instead focus on the basics. The real enemy is those who claim that animal foods and saturated fat are bad for us and push for plant-based diets.
We must continue learning from each other and respecting different needs and results. So let's focus on what works for us, experiment with different diets, and remember to stick to whole foods while avoiding processed seed oils. Let's support each other and avoid getting caught up in diet ideologies! Who is with me?
