Let's start the conversation about that right now! There will be a lot of changes maybe even transformation taking place in America during the next two weeks in which the leadership of this country will be decided and there will be all kinds of feelings, facts, fantasies, and fears.

If Donald Trump becomes president again he has promised that there will be lots of different changes and perhaps many transformations. With Kamala we don't know for sure what will be because it doesn't seem that she has indicated a whole lot of changes except that she, the leader, will not be Joe Biden and not be Donald Trump.

But either way there will be changes and there will be a number of what could be called transformations both good or bad that might take place not only in the American economy and political positions, but also in how the world is going to work right now.

The issue is are we ready for many of the transformations or changes that will come as increasingly the communication world and the world of artificial intelligence is going to change things significantly.

As a longtime broadcaster and personal performance coach I have a strong suspicion that most of us are not ready to do what we might have to do to deal with the new things that are coming to us.

But whether we are ready or not they may come and so we need to have a conversation and perhaps some prayerful instruction and new wisdom in what we should do in the coming now! This indeed could be a conversation that counts.
