With a strong nutritional profile and a low carbon footprint, the pound-for-pound resource cost for bugs versus other types of meat like beef, pork, or chicken, saves water, saves carbon emissions, and saves space.
But none of that would matter if it also didn't create a spectacle, pushing against your mental image of what is and isn't food, and gave Scot an opportunity to formulate this all into a game to film for YouTube.
