Divorce (or the end of a major relationship) is complicated and often painful, and mine was no different.

Unwinding all the interwoven threads of connection takes time and intention. It is tricky to navigate, especially with intense, nuanced and often very different emotions present for all parties. But for me, within the complexity, I also found many insights, discoveries, and aha moments bubbling up that inspired me as I began moving through it.

So in today’s episode, I invite you to join me as I share how I began navigating through my divorce and uncoupling with love, curiosity, and compassion (and a little competitiveness!). I also share some of the biggest lessons that I discovered that I still carry with me today.

In this episode, I’m sharing:

  • The message that bubbled up for me on a vision quest just before my then-husband told me he wanted the divorce
  • THIS thing I continued to anchor into over and over as I navigated my way through this
  • A weird motivator for me that helped guide me forward and give me a direction
  • The surprising thing that happened when I realized I’d hit rock bottom and my worst fears had come true
  • A huge part of the discomfort I experienced going through this time that I didn’t expect
  • One piece of wisdom I learned during this time that I continue to carry forward with me
  • And more!
