At the beginning of the year, we made predictions about how workplace wellbeing would transform, and we went ahead to outline some of the things we thought would happen in 2023.

Today we're going back to see if any of them came true!

In this episode, we review the year and discuss the changes that have been gone and bad for wellbeing. We also take a stab at identifying new trends that may emerge in 2024.

Here are the highlights:

(03:57) To care means to act. To care means to change.

(10:34) You can't cure culture in a one-hour webinar.

(15:03) Financial concerns and its impact on their physical and mental health

(19:20) There's a level of conflict when it comes to racial equity.

(25:10) A lot of leaders are reluctant to invest their time.

(31:16) What's going to happen next year?

(34:17) Evaluate the outcomes!
