By following her own voice and intuition coupled with action, Maria stepped into a path of entrepreneurship at an early age and now still in her 20s, she is the founder and owner of The Pink Room.

Maria Sotelo has been in the beauty industry for 10 years and was artistically self-taught and dedicated most of her time to her specialty – XL nails with crisp shaping and detailed nail art. She started by working her own side hustles, to working in salons and pop-ups which eventually led to her deciding to go out on her own and launch The Pink Room.

The Pink Room, is a full-service beauty bar with services including nail extensions and nail art, manicures, pedicures, body contouring, teeth whitening, lash extensions, laser hair removal, and has an in-house tattoo artist.

She envisioned her business as a space where everyone would ultimately feel empowered and at their best.
