Everything happens in the here and now, but too often we get pulled into all sorts of directions, we dwell on the past, worry about the future, and then life tends to throw us a curve ball that keeps us in a whirlwind of ups and downs that can make it quite challenging to BE in the Here & Now. As a result you end up being so ungrounded it makes your head spin at times. In this episode I talk more about the reason for, and also the importance for practicing daily grounding so you can stand with both feet in the here and now, without being haunted by your past, or fearful and worried about what might or might not happen in the future. When you ground yourself in the here and now, you not only stand with both feet in the presence, but you also release any negative energies you may have picked up from others. By grounding yourself every day, you stay centered, in alignment, and more connected to the truth of who you are, that part within you (soul) that is here to assist you in creating the life you desire, without all the whirlwind of ups and downs that keep you not only disconnected from life, but from your true self as well.
