She has committed her life to guiding and supporting individuals and organizations with their intercultural competence as well as fostering communities of belonging. After spending over a decade working at higher education institutions, Blair Hackworth joined the NCAA office of inclusion in August 2019. As a diversity, inclusion, and equity consultant, Blair Hackworth has partnered with K-12 schools, universities, non-profits, and corporate organizations to provide training, coaching, and strategic planning. She is certified as a Qualified Administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory, LLC. And is the Founder and Principal Consultant at 184 Ross Coaching and Consulting, LLC.
